Appointment Rescheduling

While bookings cannot be cancelled, we understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. We will gladly move your session to a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales and bookings are final. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled and fees are strictly non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without requesting a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeited session. Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Custom Services

Due to the personalized nature of health blueprints, diagnostic preparation, and individual consultation time, all delivered services and completed payments remain final.
